Here's exactly what happens, and when. No surprises, no fine print you have to go looking for.
Nothing changes. Collect, stream, and sync exactly as you do now. You're never charged again without choosing to renew, and we don't refund a partial year.
You're on Free: the Uki catalog and Uki Radio. Everything you collected is yours and plays in any player you like. Collecting and Uki Cloud streaming pause. Playing your own library inside Uki needs Uki Play.
Your Uki Cloud copy comes down. Your own files are never touched.
If you already save to iCloud Drive, your device, or a connected cloud, you're covered. Those copies are yours and stay exactly where they are. Nothing to do.
If you don't, use Secure my collection in the app before then. It pulls a verified copy of every original file onto your own storage, and then your collection never depends on us, or on a subscription.
Coming back later is easy: subscribe again, bring in the files you kept, and you're straight back to the shelf you need. Nothing about leaving is a one-way door.
Cancels right here. You'll keep everything through the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. You'll need to be signed in.
Same thing in the app, if that's closer to hand: Profile → Subscription → Cancel membership. The Stripe link on any receipt still works too, for cards, invoices and receipts.
If you'd rather keep your library playable here, Uki Play is the player without the collecting. Uki hosts nothing and stores nothing. It plays the copies on your own storage. Uki's the player, never the landlord.
