Getting started
- Uki is free to start: browse, search, play Uki Radio, and ask Spin with no account.

Create an account when you want your library to sync across devices. You can sign in with a
one-time email link or with a password.

Magic link not arriving? Check spam, make sure the address is typed
correctly, and request a new link, they expire after a short time.

Prefer a password? Set one in the sign-in screen and use it on any device.

Buying & owning music

Memberships and Uki Collect hardware are purchased on the web at
uki.audio. Music you capture or import is yours to keep and
lands in your Uki Cloud.
- Owned music plays in full and syncs to every device you sign into.

A purchase didn't go through, or you need a receipt? Email us with the
date and track title.
Your library & data

Export everything: in Settings, request a full copy of your library,
metadata, receipts, and play history.

Delete your account: Settings → Account → Delete account removes your
account and your uploaded audio.

Uki Collect hardware

Each Uki Collect device captures one format (vinyl, CD, or cassette) to a lossless copy
in your Uki Cloud. Connect over USB-C, play your media, and Uki does the rest.
